Dealing with a safety infraction incident:

1) All club members are responsible for the safe use of club facilities.  If you observe what you think may be a safety infraction or an unsafe action, approach the person or persons in a friendly and respectful manner and inform them of your concern of a possible safety violation.  If you are able to resolve the situation satisfactorily, the incident is closed.

2) If you meet resistance, stop and seek out the activity director for the area where the incident occurred.

3) If that activity director is not available, contact any club officer that is present on-site.

4) If no club officer is present, you may report the incident via the “Safety Infraction” option on the drop down menu on our contact page. This incident report will notify the activity director for the area involved that an incident has occurred.
